My sister’s little boy will be turning one soon, and my sister-in-law is expecting a baby boy in June. Needless-to-say, parties have been on my mind. I came across this ADORABLE idea for a milk and cookie shower, but I also fell in love with this car themed party. Perhaps I can combine the two of them. . . hmmmm.

My baby girl turned two this week. We are having a small family party for her tomorrow. This is my inspiration board. So far, I’ve got absolutely nothing on this list prepared. I guess I’ll just have to wait and see what comes of her big birthday bash! Stay tuned:).

I have a new very favorite site. It’s called Ruffles and Stuff. Seriously, I LOVE the site! A girl named Disney (love the name too!) is the epitome of DIY chic. I love this adorable little dandelion light. She made it for free with stuff around the house, but even if you don’t have the supplies, I can’t imagine that it would cost more than five dollars. You’ve Got to Try This!

Have you already tried your hand at Polyvore? I love it! You get to try your hand at design and create your own inspiration boards. It’s perfect for me because many times I have big ideas and a little budget so this program kind of eases my pain. Here is my first creation:
